We guarantee our merchandise and your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please call us immediately. Exchanges and refunds will be made within 30 days with the return of the product and its invoice. Only unused strings will be refunded or exchanged. Broken strings returned in their original packaging will be exchanged if we judge a manufacturing defect.

 

Payment options

For phone orders, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Upon shipment of your merchandise, you will be charged in Canadian dollars.

 

We also accept cheques and money orders payable to Wilder & Davis luthiers inc. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive your payment.

 

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes may be levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility. These charges vary from country to country and therefore we cannot predict what they may be. Contact your customs office for further information.
