From its founding in 1991, our restoration workshop has been inspired by a commitment to skilled craftsmanship. Every operation is carried out with the musician's needs firmly in mind - a simple yet demanding credo that has earned us a respected place among North America's leading violin makers.

Our instrument and bow makers have been trained at the world's finest schools and workshops. Together, they form a cosmopolitan team of specialists renowned for the quality of the instruments and bows they make, restore and repair.

With our extensive selection of bows and fine instruments, both modern and early, we're able to meet the needs of most violinists, violists and cellists from Montreal and elsewhere. Our craftsmen travel across Canada twice a year to provide on-site repairs, rehairing and adjustments to musicians throughout the country.

Allying tradition with the latest technical advances, we provide expert, attentive service in the relaxed ambience of a gracious turn-of-the-century building. In addition, our workshop houses an art gallery showing works by local artists, where we also hold contemporary music concerts.
